YOUR PRIVATE DATA AND SECURITY
AirPos understands that all data collected by us remains yours. You can at any time request for the same to be removed from our platform. AirPos will at all time protect your data and ring fence it against unauthorized access or intrusion. Our system design, and data storage guarantees protection of your data. Any violation of privacy to your data shall immediately be reported to the relevant authorities.
HOW WE SECURE YOUR DATA
Any personal data received from source be private or public shall go under RIGOROUS process of due diligence to ensure clean data into our platform.
Your personal information in our system is solely yours
You can delete in its entirety your AirPOS Account and request in writing that your data with AirPos be deleted as well.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the AirPOS platform, website, mobile applications, and related services. By using AirPOS, you agree to comply with these terms.
USE OF THE PLATFORM
AirPOS provides marketplace, point-of-sale, payment, inventory, reporting, communication, and related business support services. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and ensuring that all activity under your account is authorized. You must notify AirPOS immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
MERCHANT AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS
Where AirPOS enables payments or transaction processing, all transactions may be subject to verification, third-party payment provider rules, regulatory checks, settlement timelines, and applicable fees. AirPOS may suspend, reject, or reverse transactions where required for security, compliance, or fraud prevention.
DATA AND PRIVACY
Your use of AirPOS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
AirPOS aims to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be affected by maintenance, upgrades, network failures, third-party providers, or events beyond our control.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, AirPOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the platform. Users remain responsible for their own business decisions, records, compliance, and customer relationships.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
AirPOS may suspend or terminate access to the platform where an account violates these terms, creates security risk, engages in fraud, or fails to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
AirPOS may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.

AirPOS respects your right to request deletion of your account and personal data. If you signed in to AirPOS using Facebook, Google, email, or any other supported authentication method, you may request deletion of the personal data associated with your AirPOS account.
HOW TO REQUEST DATA DELETION
To request deletion of your AirPOS account and personal data, please send an email to support@airposglobal.com using the email address associated with your AirPOS account.
Please include the following information in your request:
VERIFICATION OF REQUEST
For security reasons, AirPOS may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing your deletion request. We may contact you for additional information only where necessary to confirm account ownership.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR REQUEST
Once your request is verified, AirPOS will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account where legally and operationally permitted. Some information may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes.
FACEBOOK LOGIN USERS
If you used Facebook Login to access AirPOS, you may also remove AirPOS from your Facebook account by going to your Facebook settings, opening Apps and Websites, selecting AirPOS, and removing access. Removing access from Facebook does not automatically delete your AirPOS account data, so you should still email us if you want your AirPOS data deleted.
